Come Dine With Me

French-language Canadian broadcaster V Tele has renewed a deal for ITV Studios’ Come Dine With Me, placing an order for 140 new episodes of the entertainment format.

The eighth season of the V Tele version of the format – Un Souper Presque Parfait – will go out later this year on the channel.

Craig Bohland, vice president, sales, North America, said: “This remarkable commission of another 140 episodes of Come Dine With Me by V TELE demonstrates that the format has become a staple of the television schedule in French-speaking Canada as it is in territories worldwide, where it continues to be recommissioned.”

Recent research highlighted the success of Come Dine With Me in Europe. ITV Studios has sold local versions of the format into 36 international territories in all.
