BBC orders new gameshow from Endemol
UK pubcaster the BBC has commissioned Two Tribes, a new gameshow from Endemol-owned production company Remarkable.
It will be presented by Richard Osman (pictured), who has become a well-known face on British screens after co-hosting another Remarkable BBC gameshow, Pointless.
Two Tribes will be a 30x30mins series and launch later this year on the BBC’s daytime schedule.
The format, which will be distributed by Endemol, has contestants split into ‘tribes’ based on their answers to questions about personal likes and dislikes.
The tribes then face general knowledge questions with contestants gradually eliminated until two compete head-to-head for a cash prize.
Damian Kavanagh, controller of BBC Daytime, ordered the series.
