News brief: Sky’s Pick bags Henson’s Farscape
BSkyB-owned channel Pick TV has acquired cult sci-fi series Farscape from The Jim Henson Company.
Sky has licenced the whole four season run of the show comprising 88 episodes from Henson, which produced the show in the 1990s.
In the US, cable channel Pivot also runs Farscape, in which a freak accident transports an astronaut across thousands of galaxies and into the middle of an alien war.
