Nippon TV making Discop debut

The distribution arm of Japanese commercial broadcaster Nippon is attending Discop Istanbul for the first time.

Nippon, Japan’s leading network, has been ramping up its international activities in recent times.

At its first Istanbul outing Nippon will be shopping the anime, entertainment formats and docs and making a particular push to get scripted formats away.

At Discop the scripted formats offering will include family My Little Nightmare and I’m Mita, Your Housekeeper, about a mysterious housekeeper.

Sue Fujimoto, managing director, international business development, and Ayako Tajima, manager, international business development will be leading the charge in Istanbul for Japanese company.
