Leopard moves to replace production chief after exits

Argonon-owned UK prodco Leopard Films has upped Bhupinder Kohli to head of production after Nicki Gottlieb left to start her own indie.

Gottlieb and Leopard head of development Jacqueline Hewer have left the London-based producer-distributor to launch Brown Bob Productions, a new factual entertainment venture.

An Argonon spokeswoman told TBI Kohli had subsequently been upped to production chief and that the company’s chief creative officer Todd Austin retained control of overall output.

“Both Jacqueline and Nicki did a great job whilst at Argonon. They worked across fantastic productions including Robbed, Raided and Reunited and Street Patrol UK. We wish them all the best with this exciting new venture,” the spokeswoman added.
