ITV sinks into Hot Tub Britain

UK broadcaster ITV has commissioned a 1x60mins documentary that looks into the world of British hot tubs.

Hot Tub Britain will follow the staff of the UK’s biggest hot tub superstore and its customers.

ITV Studios-owned Shiver is attached to produce the doc, which is planned for a 2014 airdate. ITV Studios Global Entertainment will sell it on the international market.

“Hot Tub Britain is an entertaining and insightful documentary which by investigating our passion for hot tubs gives viewers a quirky and fascinating snapshot of British life today,” said Shiver executive producer Sally Evans.
