Cartoon Network Asia launches second screen app

Turner’s Cartoon Network has launched an app for kids in Asia. The mobile second screen app, CN Watch and Play, allows viewers to Cartoon Network series and play games from the channel’s website simultaneously.

Users must be authenticated pay TV customers. As well as the second screen element it also allows viewers to stream Cartoon content.

The free app is available in English for second generation Apple iPads. Turner said an Android version is in development.
