Hat Trick bringing its first Outline series to market
UK broadcaster BBC2 has ordered Great British Garden Revival from Outline Productions.
It will be sold globally by Hat Trick International, marking the first show the distributor is taking to market after inking a deal with the UK indie.
The 10x60mins series will follow a team of well-known gardeners including Monty Don (pictured) as they teach viewers how to restore and care for their gardens.
In the UK the show will go out in a daytime slot on BBC Two. Lindsay Bradbury, commissioning editor, BBC Daytime said: “Gardening is one of Britain’s boom areas – and this format fuses together top tips, nostalgia and an unparalleled team of passionate presenters.”
Hat Trick will handle international sales after it took over from Warner Bros. as Outline’s distribution partner. In the UK the show launches this winter.
