Nurture Rights and Natural History Museum cut Dino deal
Fledgling kids indie Nurture Rights has inked a deal with the UK’s Natural History Museum and the pair will develop and market a new kids property based on the Dinosaur Roar! book.
The ten year deal between Nurture and the museum will see a range of Dinosaur Roar! content created for the under 6s. There will be an online world created, an Imax experience and a physical exhibition.
Nurture was created earlier this year to exploit the digital space by Peter Curtis and Nick Barrington, best known for their work at Spellbound Entertainment on CBeebies toon The Koala Brothers.
Louise Emerson, head of business and commercial strategy at the Natural History Museum said: “The original Dinosaur Roar! picture book has been a firm favourite with young visitors. This ground breaking new activity will introduce younger children to these amazing creatures.”
