Shine hires ITVSGE sales rep to bolster EMEA team

Shine International has added an ITV Studios Global Entertainment sales executive to its EMEA team.

Dorit Schilling has joined Shine Group’s sales division as EMEA sales director, reporting to Shine International’s senior VP of sales, EMEA, Katrina Neylon.

She’ll be based at Shine’s Cologne office and will handle both finished programming and format sales in the central and Eastern Europe and finished programming in Germany.

She was previously at ITVSGE for a decade, most recently as senior sales executive for German-speaking Europe and parts of CEE and Scandinavia.

Her appointment comes after Shine International’s Lisa Higginson moved to take a new Australia-based role earlier this year.

Katrina Neylon said: “Dorit has extensive sales experience in German speaking Europe and CEE and I have every confidence that she will excel at distributing our strong portfolio of premium scripted and non-scripted content in those regions. We’re very excited to have her join the EMEA team.”
