Fox and Zuku coproducing cooking series

Fox International Channels and East African pay TV business Zuku are coproducing a new season of cooking series Tales from the Bush Larder.

The first season of the Kenyan cooking and travel series is already carried on FIC’s lifestyle channels and the new series will be on 24Kitchen, Viajar and Voyage as well as the Fox channel in Finland.

Zuku will have rights to the series in East Africa, where it will air on Zuku Africa, and FIC across the rest of the world excluding the US.

The series is presented by Kiran Jethwa, the Kenyan born chef who created the series with Kenyan indie, Quite Bright Films. Season two will follow Jethwa as he travels to a range of countries across East Africa, including Ethiopia, Uganda and Tanzania as well as Kenya.
