News Brief: ZDF launches short film portal

ZDF Enterprises, the commercial arm of German public broadcaster ZDF, has launched a new short film site called Contunico.

The portal, which ZDFE launched at the MIPTV in Cannes, includes thousands of clips and short films averaging one to four minutes in length.

The site’s content is structured by categories, collections and new clips and covers topics including animals and nature, health, beauty, sports, history, celebrities and current affairs.

Supported by HTML5, the site can be accessed across from different devices, including mobiles.
