Scripps buys Luke Nguyen food series

Scripps Food Network Network has acquired the second instalment of Luke Nguyen’s Greater Mekong, the Asian culinary-themed series fronted by the eponymous Australian/Vietnamese chef.

The US cable channel has also taken two-hour special Luke Nguyen’s Memories of Vietnam

Luke Nguyen’s Greater Mekong Part 2 travels into the Mekong region, visiting previously unexplored communities and exploring food cultures in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam’s Mekong Delta.

The series is distributed by SBS International, the sales arm of the Australian public broadcaster.
