Granada Media Australia hires David Galloway as fact ent boss

Granada Media Australia, the production company owned by British commercial broadcaster ITV, has hired former Seven Network executive David Galloway as head of factual entertainment.

Galloway was most recently executive producer at Cornerbox Productions, which produced series including Network Ten’s Search for a Supermodel and Seven’s makeover series 10 Years Younger in 10 Days.

Prior to that he produced documentary series and news at Seven Network.

He will join Granada Media Australia alongside recently appointed head of factual Rod Parker and will report to managing director Leonie Lowe.

Granada Media Australia is currently producing series including Network Ten’s Come Date With Me, season four of Foxtel’s Come Dine With Me and current affairs series Mad As Hell for ABC.
