Marvista launches new TV movie slate
International producer and distributor Marvista Entertainment has launched a new slate of original TV movies including Lifetime’s A Fall From Grace and Collision Course starring Tia Carrere.
It will be shopping the cable movies to international broadcasters at MIPCOM in Cannes later this month.
A Fall From Grace stars Maiara Walsh (Desperate Housewives) and Liz Vassey (CSI) and tells the story of friendship before 17-year old Grace Flynn is sent to jail for killing her best friend in a drunk driving accident. It will launch on Lifetime next year.
Oh Christmas Tree stars Sarah Lancaster (Coronation Street) is a Christmas story about Christmas trees in New York city. It will launch on the Hallmark Channel in 2013.
Meanwhile, other movies include Love for Christmas, Fatal Justice starring Lost’s Cynthia Watros and Collision Course (pictured), which stars Wayne World’s Tia Carrere, David Chokachi (Baywatch, Beyond the Break) and Dee Wallace (E.T).
