The show will be produced by eOne and the Estate of Marilyn Monroe.
New York-based brand licensing firm Authentic Brands Group holds the exclusive rights to Monroe’s estate.
“We are thrilled to give the winner of Finding Marilyn the opportunity to emulate Marilyn Monroe’s iconic journey to stardom,” said Nick Woodhouse, CMO of the Estate of Marilyn Monroe.
John Morayniss, CEO of eOne Television said: “eOne Television’s Reality team continues to do a fantastic job attracting highly notable partners and brands to work with. Finding Marilyn has all the ingredients for an epic reality series.”
No broadcaster has been announced yet. eOne will distribute the series internationally.
