Elsewhere, Simone Nardi will be CFO and Lee Raftery EVP, marketing. Both will report to MacLellan and be based in London. Steve Patscheck will be the LA-based EVP, international programming for Universal Networks International. Both report to MacLellan.

Both will be based in London.
