Entertainment One make senior hires
Entertainment One, the international producer and distributor, has hired two key executives as it looks to expand its business.
The company has hired former Turner and A+E Networks executive Joss Duffield and Rookie Blue producer Armand Leo.
Duffield, who was most recently international distribution director at Turner International, will become head of international sales, Entertainment One Family, the company’s kids division that sells series including Peppa Pig. She will be based in London and will report to Olivier Dumot, managing director, Entertainment One Family.
Meanwhile, the company’s North American arm has appointed Leo as vice president, production affairs. Leo, who was previously a producer on Entertainment One’s cop series Rookie Blue, will report to Entertainment One Television COO Margaret O’Brien and will look after its slate of scripted and non-scripted series. He will be based in Toronto, Canada.
