Warner Bros brings Joy to London
Warner Bros International TV Production has hired Numis investment banker Adam Joy as vice president, business development.
The international production arm of the Hollywood studio, which is run by executive vice president Ronald Goes, has hired Joy, who was previously head of media corporate finance at Numis Securities, to look for businesses to acquire or set up partnerships with as it looks to expand its production business outside of the States.
Joy, who prior to Numis was managing director at Ingenious Corporate Finance, will report to Alex Ogilvie, who heads up business development for Warner Bros International TV Production and global programme sales arm Warner Bros International Television Distribution. He will be based in London.
Warner Bros International TV Production was set up in 2009 and acquired UK independent producer Shed Media in 2010.
