Hat Trick ships Episodes abroad

Hat Trick International has sold Matt LeBlanc-fronted comedy Episodes to 186 countries including Nine (Australia) and HBO Central Europe.

The seven part series, which is produced by Hat Trick Productions for US cable network Showtime and BBC2 in the UK, stars LeBlanc as an exaggerated version of himself who has been cast in the US remake of a successful British series written by Stephen Mangan and Tamsin Grieg.

The show has been sold to HBO Central Europe, Kanal 5 (Sweden), TV2 Denmark, TV Norge and Fox Russia as well as Nine.

“Episodes has certainly lived up to expectations,” says Hat Trick International’s director of sales Sarah Tong. “It’s been incredibly well received internationally thanks to its stellar cast and clever script.”
