E! launches Kardashians spin-off

US cable network E! is launching a spin-off of hit reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The broadcaster’s sister network The Style Network has also renewed its hairdressing reality series Jerseylicious for a third season.

E! has commissioned eight episodes of Khloe & Lamar, which follows Khloe Kardashian and basketball playing husband Lamar Odom after their shotgun wedding. The show is produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim-Murray Productions and will launch in the next few months.

Meanwhile, The Style Network has renewed Endemol USA-produced Jerseylicious for a third season following its record breaking ratings for the network. The show follows the lives a number of stylists at New Jersey hairdressing salon The Gatsby.

These announcements come one day after E! announced it has commissioned Ryan Seacrest Productions to make The Dance Scene following Lady Gaga’s choreographer Laurieann Gibson.
