Stevens out as part of Comedy Central UK restructure
Comedy Central UK’s head of acquisitions Amanda Stevens has left the broadcaster following an internal restructure, TBIvision has learned.
Stevens has left the Viacom-owned broadcaster following the move to restructure its acquisitions team by managing director Jill Offman.
Comedy Central UK was launched last year as part of a rebrand of the Paramount Comedy channel and airs a number of US series including Two and a Half Me, The Office: An American Workplace and Everybody Loves Raymond as well as live comedy performances from the likes of Lee Evans and Michael McIntyre.
The broadcaster also recently launched an HD version of its channel on Sky and Virgin Media.
