Shine sells Rehab to raft of int’l networks
Shine International has sold US cable reality hit Rehab: Party At The Hard Rock Hotel to a raft of international broadcasters including Australia’s Foxtel and Turner in Latin America.
The distributor has sold the series to Poland’s Polsat, Finland’s MTV3, Denmark’s SBS, TruTV in Asia as well as Australian pay TV broadcaster Foxtel and Latin American pan regional broadcaster Turner.
The show, which produced eight episodes in its first seasons and a further nine in its second, airs on Turner-owned US cable network TruTV, where it is one of the network’s most successful reality shows.
Rehab: Party At The Hard Rock Hotel, which is produced by Brad Lachman Productions, which has previously produced series including When Animals Attack, follows partygoers at the infamous Las Vegas club spot and follows the staff and security as they keep the crowd under control.
