Raft of Secret Millionaire deals for RDF

RDF Rights has shopped its Secret Millionaire format to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Italy and Spain.

The UK-originated format, in which an undercover millionaire spends time in a deprived are before donating their cash to worthy causes, airs on Channel 4 in the UK.

In Australia Network Nine has picked up the format. In Belgium Teve will make a local version for VTM. Endemol will make an Italian Secret Millionaire and On TV will have the Spanish version. RDF also said an unnamed Canadian broadcaster has inked a deal for the format.

Meanwhile, the UK version of the show has been sold to Living (New Zealand), XYZ (Australia), Noga (Israel) and Canwest (Canada).
