ID sells 100 hours of Voom shows

ID Distribution has sold over 100 hours of high definition documentary programming from US HD network Voom.

Network Ten (Australia) acquired a package of series including Mount Everest film Farther Than The Eye Can See, Mexican rock climbing doc Pit Of Swallows and 4x90mins survival doc The Northface Expedition.

Sky Arts, the UK satellite pay TV channel owned by News Corp, has picked up 12×60 series Artland, a road trip series that looks at American art over the years, while Fox Italy has acquired 42x30mins fashion series Behind The Label and 10x60mins design series Ultra Eye.

Scandinavia’s Viasat has also bought Behind The Label as well as 10x60mins brand doc How The Best Is Done and French thematic doc channel Planete France has picked up 25x30mins Reservations Required and 26x30mins Art in Progress.

ID Distribution represents the Voom HD catalog, which has hundreds of hours of programming across its boutique of channels including HD Life, Rush HD and Ultra HD.
