HBO CE to remake Israeli format When Shall We Kiss

HBO Central Europe, the pan regional pay TV broadcaster is to produce a number of local versions of Israeli drama When Shall We Kiss after striking a deal with Armoza Formats.

This is the second Israeli drama format that HBO Central Europe is set to produce after announcing that it is to produce a number of local versions of In Treatment, the Israeli that was remade in the United States with Gabriel Byrne.

The show, which airs on Israel’s second largest commercial broadcaster Channel 10 and was created by Dalit Kahan, follows the story of a man who is on a date with his childhood crush when he finds out his sister has committed suicide.

HBO Central Europe is expected to produce a number of different local versions for its stations across Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia after striking the deal with formats distributor Armoza.
