Netflix orders reality show about cheating couples, hosted by Amanda Holden
Netflix has commissioned Cheaters: Unfinished Business (working title) a new UK reality show hosted by Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden.
Produced by 12 Yard and Lifted Entertainment, based on a 12 Yard format, the series will bring together former couples whose relationships ended due to cheating.
Holden will oversee the proceedings as the couples attempt to face up to their past mistakes with expert help, to see if they can forgive and move on.
Chantal Boyle, Iona Mackenzie and Ros Coward are executive producing for Lifted Entertainment, while Liz Gaskell with exec produce for 12 Yard. Gareth Birkett is attached as series director.
“Sometimes dreams really do come true,” said Holden. “All my career I always wanted to host a show about love and relationships – and this is it. A series about second chances and unfinished business. I can’t wait, along with our expert, to meet and help these couples work out whether they can forgive and forget. I’m absolutely thrilled to be part of it.”
