CBS cancels ‘NCIS Hawai’i’

NCIS: Hawai’i

NCIS: Hawai’I has become the latest CBS drama to be cancelled in recent weeks, with the crime show not returning for a fourth season.

The CBS Studios series first aired in September 2021, following NCIS (naval criminal investigative service ) agents working out of the Pearl Harbor Field Office, with Vanessa Lachey and Alex Tarrant heading the cast.

The season three – and now series – finale will air on 6 May. The cancellation comes just a couple of weeks since franchise originator NCIS was renewed for a 22nd season by US network CBS.

It is far from the only show to be placed upon the chopping block by CBS lately, with crime drama CSI: Vegas and legal comedy-drama So Help Me Todd also both cancelled by the network last week.
