Arrow Media promotes New York-based exec Stephen Dost for US expansion
UK-based factual indie and See No Evil producer Arrow Media has promoted its US executive Stephen Dost to the newly created role of VP of content.
New York-based Dost was hired in March 2022 as Arrow Media’s first-ever US-based executive producer to grow the company’s presence in the country.
His remit now expands to include helping to create and deliver the company’s US strategy and driving relationships with new and existing clients. He takes up his new role with immediate effect and will report to CEO, Tom Brisley.
Aside from See No Evil for Investigation Discovery, the company has also produced American Monster and High Speed Chase for the network.
Arrow Media’s slate of US projects also includes Magic Of Disney’s Animal Kingdom for National Geographic and Disney+, while in the UK it has produced Seven Days On Mars for the BBC and Searching For Cleopatra for Channel 5.
“The US is a hugely important territory for Arrow Media. Stephen has an extensive understanding of the US market and is an absolute go-getter. I’m delighted that he’s taken on the mantle of VP, Content to help further establish Arrow Media’s presence stateside,” said Brisley.
Dost previously co-founded New York-based production company Red Marble Media and his production credits span history, science, crime and natural history programming, including Evil Lives Here and Signs Of A Psychopath for ID and Discovery+, Monsters Inside Me for Animal Planet and Space’s Deepest Secrets for Science Channel.
