Sales round-up: C4 & SBS visit Titanic; WBD’s TVN preps 15 FAST channels; ‘LooLoo’ expands in MENA

UK’s C4 & SBS in Oz visit Titanic

Channel 4 i the UK and Australia’s SBS have struck pre-sales deals with Woodcut Media for its upcoming series, Titanic in Colour.

The 2 x 45-minute documentary series brings to life the story of the doomed vessel, with research and unique colourisation techniques providing viewers with access to the lavish interiors of the ship, artefacts and clothing from passengers that gives insight into their lives.

The show features interviews and exclusives with relatives of the passengers and the crew, exploring the long-lasting psychological trauma of many of those who lived to tell the tale.

Series producer is Jonathan Mayo, whilst Kate Beal and Tom Adams serve as executive producers. Woodcut International is handling worldwide sales.

WBD’s TVN preps 15 FAST channels

Warner Bros. Discovery’s Polish operator TVN is launching 15 new FAST channels today.

They will launch via local streamer Player and feature acquired series including The Fall and Peaky Blinders, as well as content from TVN and its wider FTA networks, including TVN, TTV, TVN7 and Metro, which will also be available on the new FAST channels.

The 15 channels are: TVN Fan Favourite Series; TVN Soap Operas; TVN Heroines; TVN Moments of Truth; TVN Law & Life; TVN School Of Life; TVN Hospital Drama; TVN Boujee Lifestyle; TVN Talk Shows; TVN Fix It; TVN Love In Paradise; TVN At Home; TVN Crime Mysteries; TVN Culinary Extravaganza; TVN Thrills On Wheels.

LooLoo expands in MENA

YouTube series LooLoo has expanded into the Middle East following an L&M deal with the show’s distributor Fauna Entertainment and local MENA operator Markettcom.

The deal will see the LooLoo brand become available across the Middle East via Markettcom and follows Fauna’s ongoing partnership with producer MoraTV, which saw the show launched into Turkey and the Balkans in 2023.
