Dorothy St Pictures lands Naomi Benson from BBC Studios
UK factual prodco Dorothy St Pictures has hired BBC Studios (BBCS)’s Naomi Benson to work across its formats and development.
Benson takes the newly created VP of global formats & UK development role, working out of London for the firm, which is backed by Sister Pictures.
The prodco has been behind Netflix doc Pamela, A Love Story, as well as Disney+ and Hulu’s series Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story.
During her time at BBCS, Benson gained credits on shows including Nat Geo’s Lost Gold and Tucci – The Heart of Italy, as well as podcast adaptation of Uncanny for BBC 2. Before joining BBCS, she was head of development at Twenty Twenty.
