Netflix alum Nina Wolarsky joins Mediawan & Brad Pitt’s Plan B as president of TV
Mediawan and Brad Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment has landed former Netflix exec Nina Wolarsky as its first president of TV.
Wolarsky joins the prodco following an eight-year spell as VP of originals at Netflix, where she had credits on shows ranging from Orange Is The New Black to The Crown.
She also worked on the streamer’s overall deals with companies including Shonda Rhimes’ Shondaland and the Obama’s Higher Ground Productions.
Before Netflix, Wolarsky was SVP of George Clooney and Grant Heslov’s Smokehouse Pictures.
Plan B is behind Prime Video duo Outer Range and The Underground Railroad, as well as Lego Masters for Fox. The company was launched by Pitt and Jennifer Aniston more than 15 years ago, with Pitt taking full ownership in 2005.
