News round-up: ITV renews ‘Limitless Win’; ‘Dino Dex’ expands kids’ franchise
ITV renews ‘Limitless Win’
UK comcaster ITV has renewed quiz format Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win for a further two seasons.
The show, from Hello Dolly and Mitre Studios, will return for third and fourth seasons on ITV2 and streamer ITVX next year.
Presented by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, who recently announced plans to reboot teen drama Byker Grove, the primetime entertainment show challenges contestants to tackle questions with number-based answers – with the chance to score big with a limitless cash jackpot.
‘Dino Dex’ expands kids’ franchise
Streamers and broadcasters including Prime Video, Amazon Kids+, TVOkids, TFO and Knowledge Network have commissioned Dino Dex, a new entry in Sinking Ship Entertainment’s Dino franchise.
Dino Dex follows a nine-year-old artist, disruptor, and ‘paleontologist in training’ who uses the Dino Field Guide and has the magical ability to see dinosaurs in the real world.
The series follows other entries in the franchise such as Dino Dan and Dino Dana.
“Our Dino evolution continues,” said J.J. Johnson, founding partner of Sinking Ship Entertainment and creator of the Dino franchise. “We’re so excited for Dino Dex to bring the latest and greatest (and weirdest) dino facts and action to our incredible and enduring global fans.”
