Cineflix Rights moves into FAST with disaster, crime & property channels

Cineflix Rights is moving into FAST with the launch of three channels featuring shows including Mayday: Air Disaster, Murder She Solved and Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever.

Real Disaster Channel, Crime & Justice and Property & Reno will be stocked with around 1,000 hours of content from some of the distributor’s longest-running show brands.

The trio will be available on services including Amazon Freevee and Xumo Play in the US and Roku in Canada, with further deals in the works.

Real Disaster Channel will be anchored by Mayday: Air Disaster, which is now in its 24th season, alongside series such as Deadly Disasters, Rogue Earth, and Dangerous Flights.

Crime & Justice focuses on true crime and will host series such as Bizarre Murders, Crimes That Shook Britain and Murder She Solved, while Property & Reno’s schedule includes Dream Home Makeovers With Sophie Robinson, Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever and World’s Greenest Homes.

Mike Gould, SVP of digital at Cineflix Rights, brokered the platform deals. The FAST channels are being operated by Frequency.
