eOne alum Michael Rosenberg joins Untitled Entertainment
Entertainment One’s former head of scripted TV Michael Rosenberg has joined LA-based agency and producer Untitled Entertainment.
Rosenberg has been working as an independent producer since leaving his post as EVP of US scripted TV at the Canadian-US studio in 2014.
He had been upped from SVP to EVP in 2012 soon after the exit of previous drama chief Noreen Halpern. His credits at the company included HBO series Hung and Klondike, which was Discovery’s first drama. He also worked on eOne scripted series Hell on Wheels and Call Me Fitz.
Rosenberg joined eOne in 2009 and before that, he worked for companies including Blueprint Entertainment, which was bought by the producer-distributor a year earlier.
Untitled Entertainment was founded in 1999 by Jason Weinberg and Stephanie Simon and has been expanding its TV activities lately, having received investment from Canada’s Boat Rocker Media last year.
