Orange Smarty offer 100-hour packet
Boutique distributor Orange Smarty is debuting 100 hours of new programming in Cannes.
The shows come from prodcos such as 7 Wonder, Crackit Productions and Cineflix Media-backed Curve Media, whose series are, respectively, factual entertainment trio What to Buy and Why, Bargain Shop Wars and Claimed and Shamed.
What to Buy and Why is a BBC Two factual show in which Cherry Heeley asks top professionals what people should be spending their money on, while Bargain Shop Wars is an ITV docu-soap about a new chain of clothes shops.
Claimed and Shamed is a BBC One factual series investigating insurance fraud.
There is also a new documentary, The Forgotten Children, which comes from Wild Pictures, Clean Eating’s Dirty Secrets from True Vision, and three programmes from Jamie Oliver’s Fresh One: House of Hypochondriacs, Secrets of the Salon and Over the Counter Addicts.
