Imira scores Scholastic, BabyTV rep deals

Spain’s Imira Entertainment has added 500 hours to its catalogue through deals with educational IP Scholastic Media and Fox International Channels-owned BabyTV.

From Scholastic’s library, Imira has acquired Latin American rights to 26x25mins Animorphs, 74x26mins Goosebumps, 26x26mins Horrible Histories, 26x26mins I Spy, 65x26mins Maya & Miguel, 26x23mins Sammy’s Story Shop and two versions of short-form show Stellaluna.

Imira already distributes Scholastic’s Clifford the Big Red Dog, Clifford’s Puppy Days and Wordgirl.

Imira also gets BabyTV’s content library for Spain and Portugal.

Furthermore, Imira has sold preschool series Cleo (pictured) to TV in Spain, and Yoohoo & Friends to Cartoon Network in the Caribbean and Latin America.
