Beyond to offer Dark Temptations in Cannes

Also coming from within Beyond are Wild But True, a children’s series starring Steve Irwin’s son Robert Irwin; and 1x60mins Prison Songs, documentary-musical hybrid sharing stories of Aboriginal inmates.

New third-party series on the slate include the 10x60mins Bogan Hunters, 6x30mins sketch show Kinne, fact ent series Boy to Man, cookery series My France With Manu and adventure show Ahn Does Brazil.

From Foxtel comes Park Street, which looks into the world of women’s publishing, and from New Zealand’s Starfish Pictures is emergency rescue series Life Flight. Jam TV provides Real Lives Less Ordinary, which meets everyday people with extraordinary acheievements to share.

Finally, Beyond will offer Zoo Revolution, which comes from Canada’s Dream Street Pictures.

“One theme that emerges from our new programmes this market is cultural diversity,” said Yvonne Body, head of acquisitions for Beyond, which is listed in Australia.
