MIPTV2014: Electric Sky brings London Live soccer to Cannes

Electric Sky is launching a freestyle football doc F2 Kicks Off at MIPTV.

The UK-based distributor has picked up international rights from the show’s producer, UK indie Renowned Films.

The 16x30mins series follows football freestyling skills pair Billy Wingrove and Jeremy Lynch as they perform soccer tricks and stunts on the streets of London and meet celebrity guests and members of the public.

The series was commissioned by London Live, the new local station that launched yesterday (March 31).

Electric Sky’s other new shows for MIPTV include Ariana Bundy cooking series Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, BBC Three series The Human Tissue Team, about the titular medical team, and ITV’s kids cooking series The Munch Box.
