MIPTV News: Stan Lee toon rolling out at in Cannes

A new animated movie trilogy created by and featuring Stan Lee will be launched internationally at MIPTV.

Stan Lee’s Mighty 7 is produced by Lee’s POW Entertainment, Andy Heyward’s A Squared Entertainment and Archie Comics.

PGS Entertainment is handling international sales and will start shopping the 3x75mins animated features to broadcasters at MIPTV.

The shows feature the comic book guru himself, in animated form, as he teaches seven aliens that land on earth to be superheroes and in turn win over the human population.

Lee is known for creating X Men, Fantastic Four, Hulk, Spider-Man and other superheroes. The animated movies will start delivering at the end of the year.
