Disney Lat-Am buys Tip the Mouse

Disney Junior has taken regional rights to animated preschool series Tip the Mouse for Latin America.

The deal, with German distributor m4e, gives Disney exclusive rights to the show on pay TV throughout the region.

“We are very happy that Disney Junior Latin America has picked up this preschool property for Latin America and especially Brazil – important markets where we now can proceed to establish the series as a preschool brand”, said Jo Daris, head of operations at m4e AG. 

The series is produced by m4e, Studio Bozzetto & Co., Giunti Editore, Studio Campedelli and Rai Fiction, and based on the children book series of the same name by Italian author Andrea Dami.

Over eleven million copies of the books have been sold worldwide.
