‘The Tourist’ prodco Two Brothers hires Prime Video, Sky Studios & Drama Republic execs
The Tourist producer Two Brothers Pictures has hired Prime Video’s Daisy Mount, former Sky Studios exec Katie Churchill and Drama Republic’s Cleo Hetherington as part of a broader restructuring at the All3Media-owned firm.
Mount becomes executive producer on upcoming projects at Two Brothers, with a remit that includes “steering the drama slate”.
She was most recently creative exec for scripted at Prime Video, working on shows including The Rig and Wilderness.
Churchill takes the newly created role of comedy executive but will remain a director at her prodco Berks Nest. She previously produced Dinosaur alongside Two Brothers’ chief creative office Sarah Hammond and before that worked at Sky Studios and Tiger Aspect.
Hetherington, meanwhile, joins as head of development and is tasked with focusing on both international limited and returning series. She was most recently at Drama Republic, leading development.
The rejig comes after exec producer Hammond was upped to become chief creative officer, while Michael Latif is now COO. Both work alongside head of production, Emma Pike.
Harry and Jack Williams, joint MD’s for Two Brothers, said the appointments marked “an exciting new chapter” for the Fleabag and Boat Story producer.
“As we head into our tenth successful year, we’re proud of how much we’ve grown our scripted team to expand our drama and comedy slate,” they added, with a focus on drama and comedy “for audiences worldwide.”
