ITV Studios unveils drama slate & sales ahead of London TV Screenings
ITV Studios has announced a slew of drama sales and its 2024 slate ahead of London TV Screenings next week.
Quay Street Productions’ thriller After The Flood has sold to Pumpkin Films in China and Now TV in Hong Kong, as well as Cosmote in Greece and Yes TV in Israel.
World Productions’ Until I Kill You has been acquired by ABC in Australia and TVNZ in New Zealand, as well as Pumpkin Films in China and Now TV in Hong Kong. In Europe, BritBox Nordics, NPO Netherlands and Cosmote Greece have also licensed the series, as has Yes TV in Israel.
Rights to Covid-19 pandemic drama Breathtaking, from Hat Trick Mercurio Productions have been taken by TVNZ in New Zealand, SVT in Sweden, NRK in Norway and DR in Denmark as well as LTV in Latvia. Other deals in Europe include Archie, produced by Etta Pictures, for OCS in France and Epic Drama available across Central and Eastern Europe.
Anthology drama Erotic Stories, produced by Lingo Pictures, has been licensed to Now TV in Hong Kong and the Rialto Channel in New Zealand, while Spies Of Terror, from Tetra Media, has sold to Now TV in Hong Kong, SBS in Australia and TVNZ in New Zealand. Dead Hot, from Quay Street, has also sold to Now TV in Hong Kong and TVNZ in New Zealand.

New for 2024
ITV Studios has also unveiled its new drama slate for the year, which includes four-part series A Cruel Love: The Ruth Ellis Story, from Silverprint Pictures, depicting the untold story of the nightclub manageress and convicted murderer, who was the last woman to hang in the UK; the mystery thriller The Gathering, produced by World Productions; and drama The Way, created by Michael Sheen, James Graham and Adam Curtis, in association with Little Door Productions.
Also among the key titles is a new adaptation of Peter Høeg’s 1993 novel Smilla’s Sense of Snow, from Constantin Films; crime/mystery series Murder In A Small Town, from Future Shack Entertainment and Sepia Film; mystery thriller The Red King, from Quay Street Productions; Crisis ,from Boom Cymru Group; and romantic drama Four Years Later, from Easy Tiger Productions.
Other shows on the scripted slate include comedy-drama series Austin, from Northern Pictures; detective mystery Ludwig, from Big Talk Productions; and police-training sitcom Piglets, from Monicker Pictures.
