Council Of Europe’s new Pilot Programme for series co-productions has unveiled seven shows that will receive €3m ($3.3m) in funding, following a call for projects last year.

Successful projects include The Kollective, the drama created by Femke Wolting, Maddalena Ravagli, Leonardo Fasoli that is being produced by Submarine Productions and Menuetto Film for the Alliance (ZDF in Germany, France Télévisions and Rai in Italy).

The scheme, which is led by managers Alex Traila and Alessia Sonaglioni, will invest between €250,000 ($270,000) and €500,000 per co-production.
