Rabbit Films hires format specialist Paulina Eklund as int’l sales agent

Rabbit Films has appointed format specialist Paulina Eklund as international sales agent on its format and finished tape team.

In her new role, Eklund will be responsible for leading Rabbit Films’ sales efforts across Northern, Western and Southern Europe. She will serve as the paternity cover for the territories usually managed by Rabbit’s SVP, International Jonathan Tuovinen, who will be going on parental leave and will report to Rabbit’s CEO, Olli Suominen.

Prior to joining Rabbit, Eklund has held a variety of roles in the international distribution business, including at Nordic World, Absolutely Independent and Dick Clark Productions. Last year, she took a role as global distribution consultant at Phil Gurin’s LA-based distribution firm TGC Global Entertainment.

She has also previously been the de facto distributor of Rabbit’s sister company Monday Media Norway.
