RTL Group’s German network VOX has rejigged its top team with Marcel Amruschkewitz and Iris Preiß taking on expanded roles.

Amruschkewitz, who has been working at VOX since 2006, will become program director and will be solely responsible for all of the channel’s unscripted content.

He was previously editor-in-chief and head of entertainment, a role that he had held since 2019. During that time, he worked on formats such as The Beet Brothers and docuseries Zum Schwarzwälder Hirsch.

Iris Preiß, meanwhile, will now be head of strategy and planning at VOX and will continue to be responsible for scripted acquisitions. She has been at VOX since 1994, taking up her most recent SVP of programme strategy & programming in 2021.

The duo report into Kirsten Petersen, who had been head of entertainment at VOX before being upped to channel chief last year.
