ITV Studios hires Disney alum Tom Clark to head up global commercial strategy

ITV Studios has appointed Airbnb exec and Disney alum Tom Clark to the newly created position of EVP of commercial strategy on its global partnerships team.

Joining on 2 October, Clark will report to Ruth Berry, managing director of global partnerships, taking the lead on the division’s’ commercial strategy, working closely with the sales, digital and brand licensing teams to develop new revenue streams.

He will also oversee the insights team and play a key role in looking at ways to leverage data emanating from ITV Studios’ growing suite of AVOD & FAST channels.

Clark joins ITV Studios from Airbnb where he held the position of director of commercial operation for Airbnb Experiences. During his time there, he headed up the global team responsible for the strategic growth and operational management of Airbnb Experiences global marketplace.

Prior to this, Clark was commercial director at PRS for Music and has held a number of roles at The Walt Disney Company over 12 years, rising to VP and head of digital media distribution EMEA.
