Israel’s Yes Studios preps helpline call centre docuseries & format for MIPCOM

Israel’s Yes Studios, the firm behind Fauda and Your Honor, is preparing to launch a new docuseries and format exploring life at a call centre dealing with those facing a multitude of hardships.

Lifeline takes viewers behind the scenes at a helpline centre receiving calls on all subjects ranging from family violence and heartbreak to loneliness and suicidal thoughts.

It offers exclusive first-time access to the ERAN Association (Emotional First Aid) in Israel and was produced by Yes Docu and Endemol Shine Israel for Yes TV.

The show, available as a four-hour or eight half-hour series and 1 x 74-minute feature, is being launched at MIPCOM, with format rights also being sold by Yes Studios.
