Foxtel extends Colin From Accounts

Foxtel in Australia has ordered a second season of Colin From Accounts, the well-travelled comedy that was unveiled at LA Screenings last year.

The series is produced by Easy Tiger Productions and CBS Studios and was among the most talked-about shows in LA last year, with the BBC among firms to acquire rights from Paramount Global Content Distribution.

Created, written by and starring Patrick Brammall (Offspring, Glitch) and Harriet Dyer (The Invisible Man, No Activity), the eight-part first season centered on Ashley and Gordon; two single(ish), complex humans who are brought together by a car accident and an injured dog.

ZDF Studios goes global with Hitler’s Power

ZDF Studios is taking docuseries Hitler’s Power worldwide after snagging distribution rights.

The 3 x 50-minute series explores how and why Hitler rose to power in 1933, before delving into how he maintained support.

The series is produced by Eco Media, History Media and ZDF Digital.
