‘Ridley’ prodco West Road Pictures hires Monumental & My Accomplice development duo
Ridley producer West Road Pictures has hired execs from Monumental Television and My Accomplice to work across its development slate.
Leah Foster becomes development executive at the All3Media-owned prodco, having most recently been development editor at Monumental where she worked on Mrs Sidhu Investigates for Acorn TV and Murder In Provence for ITV and BritBox. She has also had stints at Magnolia Mae Films.
Caswell has been named development associate at West Road and joins having been development executive at UK indie My Accomplice, following a spell at BBC Studios.
The duo will work alongside West Road’s head of development, Ellie Birnie, and are being tasked with expanding the focus on drama development at the company, whose slate includes Hollington Drive for ITV, Channel 5’s psychological thriller Penance, and family saga Blood.
Jonathan Fisher, West Road’s MD, described the duo as “driven and ambitious creatives”, adding: “With another busy year of production ahead, it felt like the right time for Ellie and I to bolster the team as our ambitions for the business evolve.”
